C Spire Gaming is a community brand operated under license by employees of C Spire. As such, our handling of personal information is governed by the C Spire Privacy Policy, which controls in the event of any conflict with this notice.

(cspiregaming.github.io, the “Site”) processes beyond what is covered by the parent policy.
Information this Site processes
Discord member profiles (Members & Officers sections)
The Members and Officers sections display public Discord profile information for community members who have opted in by holding a designated role on the C Spire Gaming Discord server. For each opted-in member we display their Discord display name, username, avatar, and assigned community roles. This information is fetched from the Discord API through a backend service we operate and is used solely to render those sections of the Site.
To stop being listed, remove the opted-in role from your Discord profile, leave the C Spire Gaming Discord server, or email us at cspiregaming@cspire.com.
Discord events (Upcoming Events section)
The Upcoming Events section displays scheduled events from the C Spire Gaming Discord server: event titles, descriptions, dates, locations, and any cover images attached by the event organizer. We do not collect or display information about individual RSVPs, attendance, or attendees.
Backend service logs
The backend service that proxies data from Discord records standard request metadata, including visitor IP addresses, for security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting. These logs are retained only as long as needed for those operational purposes. They are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
How we use this information
We use the information described above only to:
- Render the Members, Officers, and Upcoming Events sections of this Site;
- Operate, secure, and protect the backend service from abuse;
- Understand aggregate usage of the Site.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use information collected on this Site to target advertising.
Third parties
The Members, Officers, and Events data we display originate from Discord, whose handling of your information is governed by Discord’s own privacy policy. The backend service runs on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers, who handle data on our behalf under their respective privacy commitments.
Your choices
- Member listing: remove the opted-in role on the C Spire Gaming Discord server.
- Removal request: email cspiregaming@cspire.com to request removal of any data this Site has displayed about you.
Children
This Site is not directed to children. Participation in the C Spire Gaming Discord community also requires a Discord account, which is subject to Discord’s own minimum-age requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
